

Wedding Consultation Information & Fees
Wedding Consultation Duties Include:
♥ An unlimited number of consultations with you via telephone/email
♥ Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed
♥ Discussion on theme, color, style and complete wedding design
♥ Research, introduction and attendance at up to 15 (fifteen) meetings with a variety of local wedding professionals that fit your event style and budget. Our list is extensive and includes catering, equipment rentals, flowers, photography, music, bakers, transportation, formal wear and salons.
♥ Up to 50 (fifty) hours of professional in-person consultation time throughout the
planning process
♥ Guidance on venues for lodging, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception locations.
♥ Guidance on Garrett County Marriage Licensing and other local licensing
♥ Guidance to appropriate special event insurance.
Day of Wedding Coordinator Duties Include:
♥ Visit to both ceremony and reception site prior to wedding
♥ Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party
♥ Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day
♥ Local TVRU ordinance coordination if applicable
♥ Wedding rehearsal supervision (5 hours maximum)
♥ On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception.
Wedding Consultation Fee Schedule
♥ $10 per person, with a minimum of 50 people
**Final head count obtained by caterer
♥ A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $250.00 is due with signed contract.
♥ Remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to event.
